Martha's Vineyard's local wind energy cooperative Vineyard Power held its first member meeting on February 7, 2010. New members were inducted and the process leading up to the meeting was outlined. Also discussed was how decisions will be made about cooperative governance and about the siting of wind turbines. Business framework and budget were also presented.
